Project management

Successful project management for optimal results.

In order for a concept to become an actual automation solution, cooperation between many parties from design, engineering, manufacturing and, of course, customers and partners is necessary. To ensure that this cooperation is perfectly coordinated and that all workflows run smoothly, the project is centrally monitored and controlled from design to commissioning. Our project management team has extensive experience in handling projects of all sizes – from the integration of individual systems to implementation in large intralogistics projects.

You have questions. We provide answers.

Many questions often arise during the process. It may also happen that assistance is required with one or more functions. Our service team will be happy to assist you during our business hours. Would you like support outside of our regular business hours? Then a service contract is the right solution. This allows you to reach a service representative even in the late evening hours or on weekends.

Maintenance

Reliable maintenance for optimal performance.

Like all modern machines, our automatic packaging machines consist of first-class hardware and sophisticated software. Regular maintenance not only ensures smooth operation, but also protects you from unexpected technical failures during the packaging process. Regular inspection and testing of all components of your machine on site ensures the longevity of the machines. Depending on the performance of the equipment, our maintenance contracts include 1 or 2 maintenance visits per year, inspection and a list of defects for follow-up work.

Retrofit

Adapt to changes – with retrofitting or extensions.

Do you already have an OPITZ packaging machine but would like to expand or convert it? We would be happy to carry out all the necessary expansion work at your premises. Whether you need to convert from self-adhesive to wet glue, expand your program, or relocate your equipment during conversion, our professional team is there for you when changes to your packaging process are required.

Training courses

Practical knowledge for your success.

Only those who can operate a machine well and safely can work efficiently. That is why we offer operator and service training not only at your site, but also during the construction of the machine. This allows you to immerse yourself in the technical world of the machine and learn everything you need to know about its functions, settings and spare parts.

Spare parts advice & sales

To ensure everything runs smoothly – spare parts from the manufacturer.

As with any technical device, our packaging machines also contain many individual parts. With regular use, it is therefore normal for some small parts to wear out over time and need to be replaced. To ensure that you receive the right spare part, we are here to assist our customers and will find out which part you really need and deliver it to you as quickly as possible.
