The packaging process begins with the erection of the shipping case: a flat folding box blank is turned into a package, which is then securely sealed at the bottom with hot glue, water activated tape or self-adhesive tape.

OPITZ AER case erectors reliably and quickly prepare various box formats for packaging your products. Your advantage: minimal personnel requirements, maximum speed and the highest quality.

Depending on requirements, flat corrugated cardboard blanks for different carton formats can be fed manually or fully automatically via up to four magazines. OPITZ systems therefore offer maximum flexibility.

The flexibility of our erectors – increased by 4

Our erectors provide maximum flexibility when preparing your shipping cases, because we highly value a wide range of processable formats. This allows the user to convert the machine to a different box format within 2–3 minutes without having to accept long downtimes.

In addition, our erectors are available with up to 4 magazines. The magazines store the respective caseformats to be processed, which means that with up to 4 magazines, 4 box sizes can be processed in parallel on one system – from XS to XXL. This eliminates changeover times for case format changes.

The systems can be integrated into any warehouse management system via appropriate interfaces, eliminating the need for manual work during setup.
