Your profile:
- You have a commercial qualification with technical understanding or a technical qualification with a commercial affinity
- Ideally, you have professional experience in mechanical engineering, special-purpose machinery manufacturing, or technical service
- You possess strong organizational skills and work in a structured and self-reliant manner
- You enjoy direct costumer contact and have excellent communication skills
- You have a good technical understanding of machinery, equipment, and their functionality
- You are a team player, responsible, and have a solution-oriented mindset
Your tasks:
- Receiving service requests and breakdown reports by phone and providing initial technical support to our customers
- Pre-qualifying fault reports and preparing service assignments for our field service technicians
- Supporting fault diagnosis, for example through remote access to machine camera systems
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance and service assignments
- Technical and commercial preparation and follow-up of service assignments
- Preparing quotations and supporting the invoicing process
- Direct costumer communication and independent coordination of appointments
- Coordinating and supporting retrofit projects
- Managing and further developing our maintenance contract portfolio
- Working closely with costumers, service technicians, sales, and engineering as a key interface within the service department
