With the fully automatic AER-211 folding box erector, we showcase our custom solution for efficiently and reliably integrating even oversized corrugated cardboard blanks into the packaging process.
From the flat blank on the pallet to the fully erected and sealed box on the destination pallet, the entire process runs fully automatically:
- Automatic retrieval of the flat-pack folding boxes
- Precise unfolding of the boxes
- Fold the bottom flaps and seal them with wet tape
- Direct transfer of the finished box to a pallet
The result: An efficient start to the final packaging process—even with particularly large carton formats.
