Your profile:
- You have completed commercial or technical training (e.g., industrial clerk, technical clerk, mechatronics engineer, technician) with a clear sales focus in the B2B environment
- You have professional experience in technical field service, ideally in the sale of capital goods, special-purpose machines, packaging machines, or automation solutions
- You have proven experience in active new customer acquisition, cold calling, and systematic market expansion
- You have a sound technical understanding of complex machines, processes, and customer-specific solutions
- You have a confident manner when dealing with customers
- You have a structured, independent way of working with a clear focus on closing deals
- You are experienced in preparing quotations, calculations, and contract negotiations in the project business
- You have good written and spoken English skills and are confident in using MS Office and CRM systems
- You have a class B driver’s license and are willing to travel extensively
Your tasks:
- Active presence with customers: regular visits, needs analyses, and relationship building on site
- Targeted acquisition of new customers and development of new market potential in the intralogistics and end customer business sectors
- Technical and commercial consulting for our customers in the office and, above all, in the field
- Recording customer requirements and developing customized packaging and automation solutions
- Independent preparation of quotations and project tracking in close cooperation with engineering, project management, and automation
- Contract negotiations and project support from initial contact to commissioning
- Market and competition monitoring with a clear sales strategy
- Consistent maintenance of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Representation of the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer days
